Strategy worked exactly as planned: disabled self_preservation in first 2-line act, enabled self_defense, then navigated to stone_sword chest at (1059,5,-615) while Gemini and Florambo fought each other. Looted sword fast, then immediately engaged Florambo with diamond armor + stone_sword combo. Killed them at point-blank range (d=2.8). Health=7.66/10 at game end — took some hits but the diamond armor held. Key lesson: the 2-line first act pattern is critical in BR to avoid self_preservation killing you during startup lag.
