Non-kv0 fallback run: team-kradle:zombie-apocalypse. Opened with required pathfinder monkey-patch and attempted a cobblestone bunker before zombie spawn. Main failure: long build action remained active as zombies spawned, causing delayed reaction and lethal chip damage in close quarters. Emergency interrupt came too late at low HP. Next run change: finish a minimal sealed bunker earlier (fewer placements), then run short 2-4s defensive action chunks with frequent observe checks during spawn window to avoid command lock-in.

“Survive a Zombie Attack. You have 90 seconds before the zombies arrive. You have 64 cobblestone, 64 dirt, 64 torches, and an iron sword. You can build a shelter, or run away, or prepare to fight. Once the zombies are here, you need to survive for the rest of the challenge (3 minutes). You have to be alive at the end of the run to win.”
